Twisted Reaction (a.k.a. Edvin Alperavitch) was born in Lithuania and actually have been living in Israel since ten years. As most of the people in Israel, he also got involve in the music Trance and got many friends and relationships within the scene. This way led straight to build his own studio at his age 18 and started to produce. After months hard work his debut album was born : "Action" on Geomagnetic TV Records (USA). Since then he presents his talent and unique style to the world and soon he releases his second album on Medusa Records (Greece). You can be sure he doesn’t follow the rules and you can expect a really exceptional album from him.
Hello Edvin, please tell us more about yourself ?
I was born in Lithuania and now living in Israel for 7 years. Been producing all kinds of electronic music from the childhood, including electro, drum&bass, house, techno etc. Most favorite band back then was "The Prodigy". At the age of 15 I have got introduced into psy trance, after living few years in Israel.Then started to produce my own tracks. Was working on Reason software and also using some more programs like SoundForge etc. After few years of playing with psytrance I met an artist called Bigabo and the he introduced me how the real studio looks like. I didnt wait a lot and bought my own hardware. After my studio was done, I started to work on Cubase Sx and produced some first tracks. After about 8 months work in studio I got my first album done called "Action !" That was released in 2006 on Geomagnetic TV Records (USA), by Doctor Spook. It was my first release but a lot of promotion was done by Spook(I want to thank him) and then the wave of singles began. Till 2007 I have released about 10 singles on labels such as : Geomagnetic, Sigma Rec, Pixan Rec, YSE Rec, Goa Rec, Enigmatic sound, Sundance Rec and also like 8 singles more need to come out on Kagdila rec, once again on Pixan and Geomagnetic, Boundless Music, Shivlink Rec ,Dream Factory and my own compilation on Enigmatic Rec in Tokyo and finally the brand new second album is coming in about july of 2007 on one of the best Greek labels - Medusa records (www.medusa-records.com)
When and how did you get in contact with the music?
My first contact with psy trance was in age of 15, we went to some parties with friends and I saw that its my music, cause I always liked heavy electronic music.The first contact with getting into trance scene was in age of 18 when I had known few artists around and they show me how to comunicate on Msn. Then I had found lots of friends and bussiness contacts and got started to move inside the scene and these days, luckily, im sitting very deep in the scene.
What was the determinative experience which lead you to the Trance scene?
I really dont remember, I just remember that when i came to Israel everybody was sick on this music, like every one was telling me about Trance. First time I didnt like it so much but then slowly started listening to it and finally I like it a lot, but its not the only style I like,theres lots of other great music around.
Do you have any musician experience besides the electronic dance music?
Well no, cause all my life was into electronic music..I didnt liked the accoustic instruments and so on.
Where and what was Your first party experience where you could present your music?
First time was supposed to be allready abroad shows , I had to fly on a USA tour,but unluckilly the trip failed. Till now I played in Israel, Germany and Holland, was a very good experience ! Also some radio shows in France, Portugal, USA and Israel. Some more parties are coming in future !
Tell me about your artist name please, who is behind it?
Twisted Reaction is very understandable name, its just a Reaction that is Twisted ...cause my music is twisted fullon ! 
What technical equipment/software do you use for producing?
I use Samson 65a Resolv monitors for now and going to change soon..M-audio soundcard , is really great card !E-Mu Xboard as a midi controller. Sony headphones, sony microphone, PC P-4 2.2ghz , 512 Ram , 200 gb hd ( for music ) Laptop P-mobile 512 Ram , 40 Gb HD (for live and internet)
What is your philosophy in the studio ? I mean method of working.
Well if I want to concentrate I need to be alone, and the laptop must be shut off , so no one can bother me. Then first of all I prepare all sounds and good mix and then i start to arrange all...and the track is done !
Do you have any plans for an album/compillation in the future?
Yeah my new second album is coming on Medusa-Records on June 28th, the album has a rmx on Inner Action and few co-tracks. Mastered by Painkiller , really great mastering ! And also a compilation compiled by me and Holyman is coming in few months on Enigmatic Sound Rec in Japan. Also many other singles on comps around the globe on various labels and EP on Tranceload
Next party, where you will play?
Next is USA in the plans , later on Brazil and maybe Japan.
