I try not to turn the tv on, its quite adivtive and then I spend too much precious time waching really stupid programs, so the best thing is avoiding turning it on on the first place.
But I tend to know the times of nice programs so I don't miss them  Friends (best series ever), Simpsons, Futurama, SouthPark, and any interesting documentary... |

I forgot to add Fear Factor (on Axn channel in Israel). This show can be disgusting at times (when they eat brains or roaches ewwwww....), but is a cool competitive show!
