...do you guys know if the plugin delay compensation also work on group tracks???

...in Nuendo 3, I mean!!!

I'm used to Logic, and only on version 7.1 the Buses and Auxiliars can be covered by that... In the previous versions only worked for Audio and Instruments tracks!!!
As I'm 'migrating' to Nuendo, I would shurely like to know that...

Tnx advanced...

Hey

If i route the bass to a mono group track, and i want to use sidechain on the kick and bass. Do i then route this mono group to the compressor. Will this work? or is there a better way?

make mono group channel track(lets call it MONOBASS).
route bass synth to it.
put compr on it.
route kick to the MONOBASS.
tweak the compressor for sidechain.
then make one more mono group channel track (lets call it MONOKICK). route kick's SEND to the MONOKICK.
enable this send and put volume of this send to 0 dB.

now you can tweak bass with sidechain, aux fx and whatever you want in MONOBASS channel.
also you can separately tweak your kick in MONOkICK channel.
feel yourself connected=)

Hey makus

Thanks for that. It took me a while but i finnaly got it. I was doing it a different way using the quadro option instead of a mono group. Also having the second group track makes more sense than tweaking everything on the one track. Thanks again:)
Take care
