A friend told me about this tool. I think it's really cool.
Its a vst plugin which controls and best of all recalls and saves your sounds within your project.
There are versions for nord lead 1/2 virus.
There is no audio going to the sequencer of course, but beside that it makes your nord lead virus B as handy and integrated as the Virus TI.

would it work with ableton? i had the one for the waldorf pulse but didnt wanna work with ableton, on cubase no problem, can u verify if it would work with live please, if it ain't no bother |

yeah nice tool, but this only works with the machine u have....i cant turn my nord rack 2x in a nord lead 3 or Virus TI right ? |

I've used it before with a Virus C and it's kind of finicky.
Sometimes the controls wont update when you change things in the plugin. The place I noticed it most was the mod matrix, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't.
Also it doesn't have the updated filters as an option in the drop down menu and the controls are "extremely" hard to read.
The patches hardly ever seemed to load right once they were saved in the plugin, things just didn't update or it wouldn't change a parameter or 20 in the synth.
When using it you need 3 tracks per instance (in Cubase at least) Audio input from the Virus, MIDI track sending out, and a returning MIDI track to update the plugin when you move the knobs on the hardware.
I've only tried it for the Virus C and this was my experience. Maybe others will have better luck but I stopped using it because of all the bugs and problems.
