how do other promoters find nice, non sweaty non ecstacy popping locations where psy trance is allowed to be psytrance ?

Avalon -- feh. I was there two weeks ago for Astrix.
The crowd there has to be the absolute bottom of the clubbing barrel (do keep an eye on your bag at all times if you do go)...any vibe created there will be horribly tainted. Save your money and brain cells for Saturday night instead. |

My dj set will include unrelesed material from the upcoming album that i will release at Tip world in march next year,and fresh tunes from my favorite artists.

This Tsunami party will be on Friday, so there won't be Hip Hop, or anything else but trance in the other rooms that night.
As long as I know all the Hip Hop promoters and other hapopenigs have been moved to Saturday. So only we will be in control 
I really can't wait for this party. I even changed my flight ticket to the earlier date, so I could be in NY for this full of madness weekend(and it's 20 hour flight).
Who's going to wear haloween costumes? 
I don't know, but I've been told, if you keep on dancing you won't grow old. |

... so there it is: we all hate Avalon but we all love Hujaboy and E-Jekt (if we have any taste ;-))... and THANKS to them for dealing with our badbadbad big NYC venues....!!
...and you know it's also Granddaddy DJ's first NYC show - and it's about bloody time!! I'm expecting the best from him - i know him a long time....
....and since i want to hear him (and i'm responsible for dragging him here!!), i'll be there even earlier and braving that frightening crowd. Hip hop or no hip hop, avalon does get the sssssscariest of NY/NJ society, we all know...
.... so anyone who is there, please bunch up against the stage with me....pleeeasssseee.... i still believe in safety in #s....

maybe if we all go onto the dance floor at the same time we can take it over?
thats what we do there when we go to see scot project or tall paul. if theres enough "weird" looking people the terrible club people leave.

I think if we all go on the floor at the same time the floor will just be that much more crowded. The solution is to wait out the club kids and then savor those last few hours. |
