Israeli ASTRIX aka Avi Shmailov is without a doubt one of the fastest rising stars on the psy trance scene, with UK and world wide DJs, producers and media singing his praises not only on the underground trance scene, but also with the more adventurous hard dance and trance DJs alike due to his highly infectious sound. His debut album ‘Eye To Eye’ (HOMmega / 2002) marked his arrival on the trance scene and saw Astrix embark on what has since been a non-stop global tour performing at massive parties and international festivals alike, always raising the roof with his unique sound and style. Astrix has made remixes for and has been remixed by the likes of Infected Mushroom and GMS. At the end of 2004, Astrix released his second album 'Artcore' (HOMmega) which sold nearly 30,000 copies up to date. Astrix has just finished compiling a new mix CD - 'Psychedelic Academy' for a leading UK label (Hit Mania), where, like in his own music, he manages to combine the psy trance elements with clubbier trance giving him a credible crossover appeal by mixing both futuristic and forward thinking music with a lot of uplifting moments that grab the attention of many music lovers from all sides of trance.
Jeremy vs Sissko
These 2 artists together are known as part of the Tsunami System.
Their back 2 back sets are known not only in Israel but are also famous in many overseas locations. Their rocking sets are highly appreciated and in few words they will set the dance floor on fire!
Jeremy is currently working on his 1st album and Sissko on some new releases.

Everything is moving smoothly, our phones are on fire it looks like it will be the biggest psy event of the season!
I know it all sounds a little bit too commercial.. but our scene needs developing.. and is our opinion that if we manage to fill up the basement and give everyone a hell of a time then more people will follow this.
It is unacceptable that so many masterminds of trance have visited the island and spinned in front of 200-300 people only. The time for a change has come since from now on all our parties in cooperation with Tsunami will be cultivating not only the music, but also the psychedelic culture in a maximum degree.
For the lovers of dark, I must say that our friends Paranormal Freakuency and us are setting plans for smaller and more underground parties. Like the ones genuine people of the scene are used to.
Oh well, we hope we will get all the trance people of the island in the Basement on the 5th, for the true magic lies in their presence.

Just recovered from the Tsunamiiii blast>>>
what a fucking party!!!!
First of all we would like to thank the massive crowd(900!!!!) that attended basement club on thursday with their beautiful Xplosive energies, the whole crew for making this happened, Tomer, Sissko, Jeremy(Tsunami team) Astrix for a beautiful melodic set and Cy High for the Xellent monitoring of the whole preparation for the best psy-event ever in Cyprus!! Well done to everybody involved!!
Also special thanks to our variety of foreign people( Russians, English,Israelis, Serbians, Polish and of course the locals! that created an amazing atmosphere with their killer energies! Keep it up people!!
The whole party was perfectly structured, deco-wise, music-wise and of course all these brought the ultimate satisfaction to both organisers and the most important the PEOPLE! The decoration was by FAR the best deco ever in a psy-party leaving everyone amazed. Basement club was literally transformed into a psychedelic space station! Well done to the Tsunami team for providing the deco material>>>
And last we thank Basement crew for their excellent cooperation. Real professionals!!
