put on a 303 distorsion , flanger , filter ,delay and play around also the flanger in this lead is controlled and then good eq'ing
yeah and you can also use some midi from the style you want ! and learn from the notes and shuffle them and make it yours ! so the next time you know were and what kind of variation you can make ! I noticed that my music was also mechanical'ish and learn now to let it all flow ! i set up the sounds what i want ( vst's) and play along . also its nice to make live automations to express your feeling ! I like melody's allot and find it importent as the beat as well ! And i think if you are feeling a connection with melodys structure's go for it ! pschedelic trance and goa are in my opinion free music style's to express yourself ! good luck on the journey brother ! |
