Hi guy's

I'm trying some new techniques for me, very beginnerish. But would like some advise what I can do with this synth sound. Is it ok? to much reverb?etc..

http://www.sendspace.com/file/egvel0

I know the mix is fu**ed. That's because I'm on my headphones and been working on this for almost 3 hours only (the synth). So every channel is on 0 db pretty much, and no eq on bass etc.

But it's not the mix I'm after for credisism, it's the lead synth.

Hope you will give honest answers and some tips.

- Cheers

it's not bad, but i would make it more acid sound, with playing with cutoff and resonance, that the high's will jump out sometimes. anyway you should play with the sound. think about it that you want your sound to sound differnet at the end of it's role from the beginning of it's role. it's not a rule. but i think it's more interesting.i think your bass and kick needs more presence. i would make them louder little bit. i think the kick should be raised up more than the bassline. and maybe you should give them also more presence with eq, which means you should bring them more high mid frequencies,
