Got it!Finito!
That was the most amazing flash game I ever played! 
Is it quite dificult or I'm just too stoned? It took me ages to finish!  Most of it in that crazy tube part!

I'm stuck with those stupid tubes, I get to the A9 level at the door and cant get further without that silly bird laughing at me.

use the telescope to plan your route. in general, take the fourth tube from the left, go up three flights, take a left, and watch the water lift you up. from there, keep on going up, making sure you find the second tube opening and you're home free.

The tubes are definetelly the trickier part.
You know the part where you go to the other side of the mountain, and you can get a view of the tubes? Its a very quick view, but you need it to know wich way to go.
I did a little trick.... ( a bit cheating lol) I did a print screen when that view was on and then used it to find the way
Just a hint...You'll have to find places in tube to go out and go back inside again, when water passes by you
Don't expect to find your way to the top by luck, if you manage to do that I would recomend you to get some money and go straight away to nearest casino, since It would mean you are an extremelly lucky guy

Finally solved the tube story and finished the game. The pipe lying at the bottom was my hint. Instead of going to the gap I went the other way and got up
