I'm pretty surprised that no-one has mentioned LAMAT!
His album 'master control' is quiet good!!
And he's a verrrrry cool guy aswell! 
When I played in Mexico, I had the opportunity to play with Barak, Virtual Moon and Chronos. (probably some more).
I have to say, Mexico has some talents over there!
