SURE IS!!!!
Mr Howells has become one of my favs for daytime emotional tranced out house music!
His recent 'next chapter' remix is a hair raiser too!

I only got this one 'Yahyah' track by this guy.
David West also really makes some nice, uplifting melodic/progressive house/trance, or however it could be categorized?
