Hey people!
I just started a new track! its kind of mad!
I am a little annoyed by the poor quality of myspace.. so i think i will upload the track to my soundcloud instead... maybe later tonight..
But give this one a try and tell me what you think Id love some ideas, but i understand cause of the poor quality on myspace that it might be difficult to give technical advice... but i started it today so i havent really had time to refine it...

Okej Version 1.1 is on!
I have fixed some bad notes and made some changes to the progression of the second section, plus i have EQed the bass and kick more and sent the through a groupchannel with Waves C4 on it to control the lowend better... also added some to the creation and made lenght changes to certain sections
Though one problem i have to solve tomorrow is to export a sound that is hanging on forever and causing some problems... Also there seem to be something wrong with the kick or bass, some bad sound... gonna sort it out ASP
Well more work tomorrow!

Hey yeah ill do that... maybe it was a good thing as its needs some more work, but i thought i could get some technical advice here.. but for that to work i think you need to hear a good version, at least 192kbps mp3...
i will work some more now for some hour or so and upload it to sendspace...
hopefully can get some advice then... cheers

Hey again! so i been working more tonight and it turns out real mad this one... hehe
so i would love to get comments and suggestions on
The mix(Volume, Pan, EQ, Comp)Is something too loud.. i notice that the kick has some artifacts here and there.. maybe some freq clashes?
The Arrangement so far (Any energy stopper, something that can make the flow better)
Also the sounds, if they are too harsh, some EQ suggestions..
I know i need to work more! and in this version i think the percussion should get down a tad bit in volume... also im going to expand percussion, havent worked enough with it of course.. Lots of EQing left and adjustments, and also of course the story.. which i have lots of ideas for..
Well enough said, please take a listen, i hope you will like it and maybe you can give me some feedback!

hi , ok , u asked so here goes , my live thoughts on this one , dunno if im good for much advice , here goes : ok , nice , sounds like old kluster or something off the older orebro comps straight away , good .. ok , the pad or synth at 1:12 and that repeats a few times could maybe have bigger reverb , thatd add more `big room` atmosphere , sounds good so far , 1:38 , i like the mental break , this could be extended just a bit , back to the serious stuff now .. 1:45 to 2:15 more percussive teasing bits , lots of space there , 3:00 - 3:40 again , nice part but u can fill in with some percs , ya , good 1 man , everything sounds tight to me , cant give u much advice on the technical stuff , just those few passages sound like they can be filled in a bit , thats what id try if i got my hands on this , hope i helped u little bit with my perspective , mOOb

hehe yoo!! thanks for commentin in my track i heard yours and its nice overall...not my style but its cool..there are some parts that are pretty naked (but thats me only) anyways nice atmospheres

Hey mk47 - Great advices! this is the sort of stuff im looking for!
Btw i have been living in orebro for over 12 years, though now i live in another city! Even more mental! haha
This weekend im gonna spend time on sorting things up a bit... ill holla at you for your opinion again!
Now can you point me to your stuff so i can hear and if you need my advice i am happy if i can be of any help!

Yeah you are so right, it feels very naked at some points which mk47 pointed out to me.. but be prepared, this track will not be naked when its done.. hehe!

hello, nice track, on the start i thought the bass is not my style, but then i loved it:D maybe "melody" of the bass could change sometimes, but maybe that was the idea?:)
only thing i would change is the percussion, make it change more often or something, i hope you understand:)
the rest is good imho and i like it:)

Thanks Taii! yeah the idea was to introduce the bass with the high note(C) then bring it down for depth to A# and then get a motion with those two notes, lets see where i bring it melodically, i probably will have some harmonic episode but to quickly change back to madness... as its a sort of a borderline story where harmony is hard to reach and when you reach it, it soon gets disharmonious again.. hehe
i want to get this creepy feeling that you dont know what is going to happen, and when it happens its going to be a outburst of "emotions"

Supp mate I listened to your track for o couple of times. I'll try to say some words even though I'm not good in giving reviews
The track sounds good overall. As some here mentioned, some percussion maybe should be fixed, try other, delay, effect on them or who knows, make them you know not much noticeable but still contributing to the flow. I also think the track needs a 'climax' part how they call it . And I don't like some breaks. Especially 1:39.
Otherwise cool. Keep it up.

Hey mate! Thanks for taking the time Yeah percussion is on the fix-list, im gonna lower them all a bit... And nice ideas about making some delays and FX on the percs, i have a flanger and a panning chorus on one perc part, gonna make more of such and see what i can come up with to make them flow better... yeah i will build a climax.. it will be wild! thats my point, but before the climax im going to introduce a very harmonic part... then hell will break lose..
so any ideas on the break at 1:39? hmm im lost there.. but ill fix it better... maybe not take it away but add to it in some way..
I think i need to "bridge" it better

Hey people! work is going slow, have been working on other stuff!
but i have rough track sketch now! still a lot to get done, and i have not come to the details yet, so there are still a lot of blanks, but i have all your ideas in mind and will make it better...
so here comes version 1.3
kick has been changed, tweaked... more stuff has been added, precussion has been lowerd...
