Trip to Brazil!

Hi, my name is Josh. I'm from San Francisco, California, USA. I'm going to Brazil from May 2nd to May 19th.
I am visiting a friend in Ubatuba during that time, but we are going to be in Rio in the early part of the trip (the 2nd to the 5th) and Ubatuba and Sao Paolo for the rest.
I was wondering if there are any parties, festivals, etc. going on during that time. Your help and hospitality would be greatly appreciated! In return, you will have a friend and a place to stay in the trance friendly San Francisco area 
Please post what you know or email me. We're a couple of cool Americans and Brazilians who are clueless to the scene down there. Please help!

hey Josh take a look on the other topics and you`ll see.... e have some indoor psychedelic clubs in SP that works at weekdays and weekends.... the 17th we`ll have Tribe party...just look downhere the other topics and u`ll see..... =]

Hi Josh...
You've really should come to Rio to stay at least a week.....
All weekends we have partys at the beach of ipanema "posto 9" and in may 9th we will have a big party with sesto sento dj set and gataka live...
Yuo can see the line up on the topic rave ohm gataka wolrd tour...
If u want to come and stay, send me a pvt....
