Lately, I find myself looking for tribal
ambient.
The problem is that except for Medicine drum
and some of Ganga Giri's tracks, I don't really know other atrists.
Need your help.
Thanks,
B.C

My friends up there,
To tell the truth, I'm not such an expert regarding Ambient genres, but r u sure that Gaudi, Makyo or Adam Shaik's music is tribal music?
Give a listen to Minaret and tell me if any of Gaudi's tracks (with all the respect) can b under the same category......i wonder...

From my understanding, both Adham Shaikh and Gaudi is tribal. Depends on the listener I guess...

An old album from back in the early 90's but one I think you would like Buttercup is Tribal Drift - collective journeys it's tribal ambient first gear trance most tracks are 125 bpm it's 4 to the floor but with a lot of texture and ambient space in there as well. anyone who likes medice drum would appreciate it |

...yes, Tribal Drift is an excellent reference to be checked for any tribal beat lover! Another great album from them is Priority Shift...a bridge in time released on On-U-Sound back in 1996
