hi people... i think he needs to know about the licences and all that kind of things. To stay in your country whithout nothing valid i think it isn`t possible...only if he want to be "clandestino"....for 6 months. Per example to stay in portugal he needs some kind of work contract or someone who cares about him and assume the responsabilities.
Give him a help.

I think you can stay without any licence stuff for 3 months... if that helps.

In order to stay more than one year, you have to be able to show that you have VISA and are able to spend at least 10 000 SEK (about 1000 euro a month). I don't know more than that tho..
