Jeez, where do I begin... I just had to post this up; seems like there is yet another mind blowing release for us all, from a band who have been compared to Ozric Tentacles and Shpongle. I found their newest album 'Bazar Bizar' at www.amboworld.com and was completely blown away by the short samples which seemed to fuse wonderful sounds of Phutureprimitve with Ott, Ozrics and beyond all recorded with live drums and fantastic atmospherics. Some of the tracks have a jazz flavour, kind of like Gong mixed with Mystery School Ensemble...

The last time I was this excited about a cd was probably when Phutureprimitve came out, actually I think I spend most of my time dribbling at all the latest releases.. !

Anyways, amboworld are selling out fast so get on it and check this out!!

Cheers,

A great dubby album, fun to start the day with- I play some of the tracks regularly on my sets for more than a year now. I hope to finally finish my review on this one soon- life's just so bizzzzy....

Meanwhile I will just say it's recommended.           ---------------------------------------------

Got this last weekend, it's been playing constantly for the last 24 hours The music has a very clever, wandering quality to it, extremely positive images weave their way through the sounds.....

I think it's available direct from Rubbish Records if Amboworld sell out, this really is highly recommended            - - It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice... - -

Music may not take us to the Moon or let us live forever, but as we enter trough the doors it is opening before us, we find things far beyond our everyday experiences..

Had to bump this up

This is actually one of my favorite albums ever in the department of psychedelic dub, ambi-dub, downtempo, whatever. . .

It provides a fantastic, unique journey. Deep, dynamic, colorful, refreshing and groovy.

Tratosphere is a trio from Switzerland: Drums – Julian Dillier, Keyboards, Electronics – Peter Stierli, Bass – Thomas Tavano.

They beautifully weave together beats and pieces from all kinds of genres and styles, and the result is this wonderful, dubby, jazzy, funky, ambient-ish, spacey, sonic tapestry that will boost your mind and enchant your soul.

You can still get the CD directly from the band:
