DJ Eco - Progressive Trance - Jersey City, NJ
Hailed by Martin Roth several years ago as “New York’s uncut diamond” and a new addition to “the elite league of the upcoming young rebelling producers,” the young 23 year-old producer, Eco, is no stranger to the electronic dance music scene. With his hit tracks “Light At The End”, “Tonight Is Forever”, “Borealis”, “And We Flew Away” and “Lost Angeles” all being named Tunes Of The Week on Armin Van Buuren’s A State Of Trance radio show, his name has slowly but surely been making waves all over the electronic music globe. He receives consistent support by names like Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto, Ferry Corsten, and more. His signature sound has spread widely all over the trance scene and he has releases on some of the biggest labels in the business, such as Flashover, Armada, Tone Diary (Spinnin’), and Lunatique, to name a few. Coming off the success of the recent releases “People” and “Love”, Eco has begun work on his debut artist album, which is due on Armada Music in 2011.

SSK real name, Jacquelyn R. Horn was introduced to the US electronica scene during the summer of 1994. She was pulled directly off of the street, and into a warehouse where she was turned onto house music, epic trance, & techno. After a quick taste of the sub counter-culture, she was hooked! It was during 1996 whilst travelling to the many events and parties across America, that SSK made her discovery of Goa Trance & Psy Trance. She began on turntables, mixing deep-house, epic & hard trance (while collecting psy) and played her first small party 3 weeks after laying her first record down. While building up her 'no-budget productions', SSK evolved to mixing Scando, Psy-Tech, Minimal Psy, and Progressive Psy. With a couple years on a hermits retreat, she has gone digital, re-emerging as a Full On Psy & Progressive-psy DJ. The sound of SSK is an audio fusion of full on killer energy, with an explosion of tough underground beats, enchanting melodies that simply lead you into a musical journey of SSK.

Warm clothes donations are going to a Pittsburgh church based charity for the homeless. So don't show with a single pair of socks or a sweater that has more holes and stains then an irish pub. Bring that old sweater or jacket you don't wear, or even better go buy a new pair of long johns or pack of socks. Blankets work too.

Venue for the event is across the street.
And a few words from the promoter hyping up the event! 
Not only is this basically a virgin venue, it's a GIANT venue that'll soon be very very well known in our scene. Consider it the new Home. Big enough for 4 stages with nice weather. Huge parking lot. Definately enough space to dance. can you say 3,000 person capacity. I will. and talk about deco, this place is our new spot. permanent deco, for all those who we consider family. and i won't even mention the back yard ahhahaha. every time we use it it'll get built into something better. so come see this future spot we'll all get to know.
Decorations? oyes. We have mindphucked bringing out an epic system. more lasers then he's ever used. I love nothing more then seeing an epic laser light show. Plus the full team of visual projections by Quadrascopic Visuals. Ari, jeremy Joaquin, and valentine, working those sweet sweet visualizations. Plus Valentine's got some AMAZING ideas for general decorations. definitely will enjoy this dude's ideas. it's going to look awesome!
We have; what I consider, some of the best pittsburgh artists vending there work at this show. Murdzak is considerably a legend in this scene and his art shows the truth to this. Valentine.. is a machine. Art is his life and he's awesome enough to work so hard for this show. He'll be doing body painting by the way. Plus my good friend Dre, her work is definately unique and especially beautiful. And since i've meet her she's only got better. Plus we've got mr. clicky flashy, of course selling those toys we all love. rad shit. and the pieces for sale by Kaleidoscope Creations complete the package.
Plus all those lil perks you and i both love. show is from 7 to 5, the way an event should be. $1 pizza slices. well that's for me really lol. beer. yay beer. buy a cup, drink it up. High class security team with our good friend smokie to make sure no PCP zombies invade this bitch. guaranteed. remember? lol. the hand turkey said so. Plus if need be, a hotel right across the street for around 40 bucks. so no need to worry if you'll be to drunk or stranded to get home. just crash and figure it out. i guess idk.
so what did i forget? hmmm O ya the BEST part. THE FUCKING AWESOME LINE UP
DJ ECO. have you listened to this guys' tracks. He's stellar. amazing. stupendous. nothing short of an amazing act to see. and he's playing for 2 hours for OUR pleasure. such a great dj, producer, good dude in general. Check his tracks out on youtube. if you don't you so dumb. he's raping everyone out here. rape as in of the ears. and everyone as in the World's Trance Music Scene. holy fuck he's good. 1st time in pittsburgh btw 
DJ SSK. have you listened to her mix here on lolli yet? if you haven't you so dumb lol. If you love psy trance, you'll love her mix. she's touring all over this country showcasing her wicked skills, and debuting her skills for the 1st time in pittsburgh here at trancegiving. Psy trance ftw!
DJ Meghan is a local legend. i've noticed more people talking about how excited to see her more then any other local. and i'm pumped too. Psy trance ftw again.
Ryan Matthew is a name that everyone associates with as a great DJ. Trance especially. I've heard about him for so long and seen him spin many times. But never trance. That's cause he 'retired' from trance. Nope, he's coming out of retirement for this show. FUck yea, i'm ready.
DOT is my boy! i consider one of the best up and coming djs and producers in this scene. Most of you have never seen him play, but those who have know that he is what's up with the skills. Plus he's playing 4 self produced tracks at this show. so you may wan2 check him out, rising star right here. ask him what DOT means lol.
Peter Lee. need i say more? This man blows my mind on a weekly basis. Moves a crowd better then almost every local here. And he'll make you throw those pants in the air. haha p.s. he should be debuting a track for all yinz.
Eryn Evans. need i say more. again lol. Eryn is one kick ass DJ. she makes this shit look easy. And she's going to rock you psy head's out with whatever she plays. For sure one of my favorites.
Eviction is someone i haven't had the pleasure to see. but there's plenty of others who have. and from what i heard he was the man 10 years ago, and he's going to play all those tracks that made trance what it is today. pure old school vinyl.
Kevin James has been running a weekly down at 5ive in station square. I suggest you go. He definitely knows his way around those records and needles.
Tika. TIKA!!! playing Trance?!?!?! it doesn't matter, she's going to rock the house. I'm really excited to see what she plays. Tika is a amazing DJ, but we all know this. so come see one of pittsburgh's most loved djs play something a lil different
Eric Bliss is an awesome dude representing Trance as often as he can. He knows what's up with trance today, and was the 1st person to flip his lid over this show and headliner. I'm so happy he's playing this show.
Kip Collins is a great DJ. check out his many mixes here on lolli. he loves trance more then most people i know and he shows it threw the tables.
Nice Nate is one amazing dude. with his tracks on beatport and some of the coolest mixes out there, he's pulling out a special trance set for his original love. definitely wana see this
Xero has blown up this past year. usually playing some sweet ass electro, he's switching gears and bringing some trancecore to this show. he'll shake that dance floor to the foundation.
West Diamond. hahaha funniest dude i know. and a great DJ. he's doing what he loves, and he'll love you for enjoying it. hahaha dude's so funny.
EK is a great dude and he's coming down to PA to show us that this rookie has the skills to play for all of you. sweet sweet f'in dude

It's about a 30 Min trip NW of downtown Pittsburgh, and 15 of that is on the freeway. There's plenty of parking so no worries about that. Doors @ 7:30.
