The right forum for sharing new tracks is the "New Tracks Section":

You will have to upload the track to some place on the Net, maybe http://www.yousendit.com/
So just upload the track to the Net, open a new topic on the New Tracks Section, post the link to your track and wait for the feedback! 
I'll lock and delete this thread soon, since you already got the instructions.
