hey guys is it true that in most of Scandinavia house music is bigger than trance music??
last i came to denmark i did not find to much trance in clubs and otherwise also.. 
but what i want to know is what is bigger trance or house??? |

Well, well, well.. the rumors are probably right at least concerning the club scene (Sweden donno about the other countries). Please don't laugh it's rather sad actually..
The rave scene has been haunted by a special socalled "rave commission" believe it or not and through out the years they been harressing those existing clubs with raids and so forth. So the scene has become more underground and illegal. Loads of people from the scene are in jail. There is beautiful forest parties happens still (in SUMMER time *hehe*) but yeah they are not visible for the usual visitor. (Oooh, summer warm nights please HURRY!!!)
And from my experience techno is more popular here  than actually trance, correct me someone if I am wrong... I've probably been more in the trance scene outside of Sweden. Got tired of the fact you might be hazzled or the party busted, happened many times.
Oh I miss Goa sooooo much, left in April after four months living in a very nice queit place.. Nothings like getting up before dawn, go on the bike and head for welcoming the light with hours of pooja dancing....

unfortunately a lot of great artists from scandinavia change their music style to more house but trance will never die uv.
house music is more popular all overthe world!
i missed goa also my friend suparni!

i will say that last yeah house was the biggest here in dk ..always house parties.. but i think now it had change...now there's more trance parties  |

Hi guys!
As far as I know House has allways been bigger than psytrance, I mean Just look at all those 50.000 people parties all over the world.. Hosue is more commercial and off course aplies to broader audience.. its softer and not as high bpm as psy trance..How ever i couldnt really tell if psy trance is getting smaller or bigger.
For me it seems like th psy tracne scene is growing vene though there might not be as many parties in Sweden as for what it is in for example Germany... Maybe we will get there one day. Boom |
