BTW, the idea of putting in a small Tracne shop is nice. Maybe after the place is running you can think about it and maybe do it

if im not mistaken its already been done (the little trance shop in a pub), i think Krembo opened a small shop near the entrance of the Nine Beach in Hertzlia....

yep, Krembo have a small shop (Very small) right outside some cafe on a Hertlzia beach... sometimes they have a DJ from Krembo come and play some tunes for the people in the cafe'... nice concept

Forgot to add something - a music shop section there could be great, it has a chance of being pretty profitable, as well as attracting customers.

first of all - good luck on whatever u do.
H.H. ( het-het) about adrenaline level in blood 
seriosly now - a longest life place such this in israel was "chill out" bar at frishman street.
nice,small and colorfull place in two floors. about 20-30 sit places and bar..
dj's sets every weekend (thu-sat) with chill out at the begining/early night and trance at late night.
about drinks/food - they wasnt good enough. i mean food was bad and drinks was banali to boring.
music was nice and quality for bar, no shit. my friend (cube file or ofir) played there couple of times and ppl enjoyed. btw - ppl was nice !!
what a point of my speech ??
there were more trying to up such place but bigger pubs/dance bars didnt brought the exist result.
idea about cd's shop is very nice !! and not so big deal i think (i was thinking about to conect some labels that are not including in local distributers lists, i mean cd's that ppl look for but cant buy - and its ALOT), so u can be a litlle special and exlusive as bar have to be.
from the second side a wear shop sounds too big for me. bags or just napal surprizes clours shit can be nice but not nake bodyes in the midlle of the coffee )
