As far as I know, rave/psyscene in Minsk is very very small and good parties are very rare if any  Now there is a new govermental rule to have 50% of Belorussian music being played at any party.(how crazy is that!?) Of course nobody follows this rule completely, but still...
But I relly hope it is not as bad as I think and you find something there, good luck!
