Yeah but think abt all this after a party is over majority of the people wont be in a state of mind to think about cleaning up.probably the only thing on their mind is how to get their high down before headin back home.
IMO maybe some locals or some cleanin agency in case of festivals shud be hired by the orgs to clean up afterwards with a lil extra charge in the entry goin towards dat.
IMO all decoration that tends to remain behind at the end of a party (eg like people scatter white paper on the ground to give UV effect)shud be avoided. |

The thing is not to clean after the festival/party, but keep it clean during it...
