Trance In Melbourne???

This is an Exciting time for me!
I am packing up my bags, my studio, my girlfriend and music partner, and we are leaving to Australia. Melbourne to be exact.
This trip is an adventure for us. An adventure that will inspire us with our music. With our trance creation.
I am DJing for a while and producing for about 1.5 years. Heard so much about Oz and much music from that big Island, that made me decide to go there and fly with the sounds of life.
Can anyone who knows whats happening there tell me some stories....I would love to hear what going on there. Hows the trance scene? How are the labels there? How is the vibe? Open for new creators to come? I would love to hear any tale that comes from a first hand of experince from this lovley part of the world.

We're pretty lucky here in Melb to have a wikked FUN party scene..if you want to know what's on checkout oztrance.com 's Melbourne section. Summer's the best fun for warm outdoors but there's stuff happenin all year round.. as for label's well theres Andrew Till's label Psy Harmonics amongst others...

I am interested in knowing what labels are the strongest in Melbourne (Number of artists, Organizing Partys, Rec Releasing ect.) Want to try and hok up with the best...... |

Nomolos, I wouldnt mind going to Zenon, I just know that they will have a slight problem with my "Not so minimal" Music...
I would love to c u there in Oz. I think we will have a different experince than what we go threw here. Trance scene wize, I mean. Its a different Ballpark. Less a SHCUNA.

hi yonatan,
theres lots going on in australia "trance wise" so im sure you will find your way around just fine.
melbourne & sydney have great parties there most weekends,so if your tunes are good,im sure it wont be long before we see you behind the decks.
either way you will have a blast!

Thank you all for your reply's. I feel really good about going. Somthing inside of me knows that Australia is my cup of tea.
2 more weeks...

2 more weeks, awesome......you might get here in time to see Winter Demon and Skazi who are playing the same weekend end. Winter Demon outdoors on the 11th of June, and Skazi indoor on the 12th of June. Also theres another outdoo party, Winter Solstice on June 18th, Psycraft on June 25th and Psysex on July 8th.....Looks like your coming @ a good time my friend.
