is there such a thing ?
i mean every artist how Respect himself has a single collection cd in D.T.S audio…
I wonder if trance makers done the same thing…
If they did, please tall me where to buy one…

i'll explain it in exsamples :
when the artist recoreds the music, if he recoreds it in dts and u have a dts seport sound system, every sound (cannel to be exsect) u can hear is coming from a diffrent speaker.
like if u have a simple bass line with some hi hats and a melody, in dts, u'll hear the bass line only from the sub', the guitar only from the right speaker, and the melody from the center speaker, and it all deapendes on the way the music was reacorded...
it's unbelivable to hear, a real musical fernzy...

Trance in AC-3 (Dolby digital), is that the thing?
That's a cool idea, i read somewhere Infected Mushroom thought about doing an ambient album in AC-3. However, i don't think anything like this currently exist.

Ron, D.T.S stands for Digital Theater Surround and it is the same as AC-3/Dolby Digital (as PsyTom mentioned), Its all about different competitive companies making their one standard's to the same basic technology.
DTS is also using less compression than Dolby Digital so the sound should be better.
