halalit is only a nick name to the place if you whant somthing leagal so i really recommend barkay forest!
couple of years ago there were big raves there it is also depends on the amount of people you want olso theres alot closed beaches |

halalit is a nature place on the top of tabur mountain... ppl used to do there a lot of parties... but i think the place is "burned" (if you know what i mean...)
