Don´t know man the politics about partys there is not as easy as it seems so i don't know if a festival will be sucess but for sure there are some partys arround and india is the mother of the scene so....... |

Great idea, but nothing in India goes on without the authorities knowing about it so something on the scale of a festival means having the right connections and some large "compensation" plus local politics may make it quite difficult but not impossible & it has been tried before.
