Hey there,
I'm Varun from Mumbai(India).
I'm an aspiring music producer.
I'm in the highest interest of pursuing an advanced Audio Engineering course in Australia..........(SAE).
I have no people nor any idea of the music SCENE down under.
Please help me with information as it would be very helpful in my desicion on where to pursue my interest and also be connected with Artists, Musicians and Freaks in the the TRANCE scene as well as the COMMERCIAL music industry.
I also want to be in touch with record labels and artists, so a list would be very helpful..... 
I was thinking Melbuorne or Brisbane....
Please also advice me on my scope after I have completed this high level course...
i.e BA with honours and then a Masters in Creative Media Practises.
Also if there are better structured audio engineering courses please advice cause my desicion to come to australia is also based on your advice. 
I want to acquire the ultimate knoowlege of Music Creation, Equiptment and Technology which I will bring back with me and share with people in the business here........

Highly recommend going to www.oztrance.com - there are some staff / students from SAE on there, be a good idea to start a thread re Audio Engineering Courses, guaranteed you will get lots of advice.
Melbourne would be where it is at for such courses and has the strongest party scene.
For any information on parties, etc the same forum I mentioned is the best for that also. |
