What do you mean by 'is'?

the third form of verb "to be" at present tense, in the English language I guess..

In that case it's quite obviously neither chaos nor order. Neither is it (if Xolvexs' grammar is a bit off) chaotic nor ordered. The question makes no sense - it's like asking "is the universe is empty or is it full?". It's both those, and neither, and a whole lot of other things besides, depending on who's asking, who's answering, and what answer they want to give or receive. And even this answer doesn't do it justice.

The reason I asked the question, was that the word 'is' can have many different shades of meaning, and I wanted to find out which he meant.          Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

Yeah, that's right! I love Psy because it's like a mirror. You see what you want to see. It all depends on your focus point. I like what Tim Leary said in "How to Operate Your Brain" - order out of chaos.

Every music has structure but in Psy you can travel with your body and mind. You can dance mechanistically, like being anchored to repetitive beat or you can start freestyle chaotic fun-dancing. Some people dance in both ways, some stick to the one or the other. It's really about what you make out of it. That's why it's so great, because it gives you freedom.

Personally, I tend to dance chaotically but when I lose my finesse or sense of safety, I stick to the beat. Then, when I'm grounded I try to tune in again. With most tracks there are those sounds that encourage me to play. Chaos is freedom and order is safety. Yin-yang comes to mind. In general, I'm mostly chaos. I love freedom and order is just a recalibration, really. Thus, I think that I can be unsuitable for enlightenment although I won't ever reject my spirituality.

How about others? How do you dance? Which tracks do you prefer?

It depends on connotation. If we see those as states of mind, then yes, you can have one or the other but mostly you are between.
