Out of curiosity and not pointing fingers as I do find the idea of bootlegging old classics appealing, did Rinkadink get permission from the Delta for this booty?

The worse I ever listened to was one of the Israeli Nit-not-so-hot stars ripping off my Trancecelestial Psychobabas, a Man With No Name tune and one more artist I forgot the name of. All in the same bootleg mega mix. Apparently it sold very well even though those guys and the label never had our permissions.
It happens all the time. Only difference is these days the wont make money out of the blatant ripoff's.

Yea, but it's a remake of X-Dream (who are German)

Knowing Werner, he probably asked, before he published it. He doesn't seem to be the type who would blatantly rip someone off like that...Wondering, I have not heard much from him lately...
Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

At least the guy named it "bootleg 2011", instead of giving it a name and blatantly slapping his name on it, as if its his own original.

As far as I remember Eyal Barkan was involved and so was Holymen.
I found the very old debate on psynews and it appear my memory is not so good. It was not one of my tunes. It was two
