That is what i noticed,:
1.- I added a page, with some tags
2.- then I used text search for one of that tags
3.- It didnt return to me the page on the results

what about changing the image displayed, can it be updated?

yes, it seems the directory takes one when the site was first submited and it doesnt change if the site is updated, right?

correct for now, however we plan to schedule a job to refresh all thumbnails and will be doing that every 2 months or so..
