Some say it's just an addition to the X1, and that the S4 version would work only with that controller. I could be just making it up though. It's quite big though - I'm ok with my new X1

But I hope they'll take some time. I'm still in the learning curve for 1.2.6.

i just got mine today, and i dont think the mixer controls are plastiky,i think they have the right amount of resistance on all the knobs and sliders, i actuallyy like the rubbery feel on the knobs and i think the build quality is pretty decent.lets see if it brings a smile on my face.

I saw Regan from Nano play off one about a week ago. Seems like a cool investment, but my only concern is space. What happens if you rock up at a gig where there's barely enough space for the house CDJs and mixer alone? |

Most venues I know now have a digital setup for laptops and CDJ's are secondary (that said most place I play are now proper clubs that play prog trance/techno/deep house etc.), tho an outdoor gig should have lots of space, if not create your own with a fold up table on the stage? (have done recently at a old school goa gig).
Anyway, I've been sharing an S4 recently with a mate who bought it but I told him he can keep as I'm gonna get the Pioneer setup instead
I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy! |
