I am a little confused between Traktor Kontrol S2 Vs S4.
I have just started to be on the decks since a year and am thinking to switch to either the S2 or S4?
Which one would you recommend? Also there is a $300 price difference between the two but again I would still be in the beginners level.
Is the S4 worth for someone who just enjoys playing once in a while at their own parties or at home?

Go the S2 & use the $300 for music and/or good software for BPM/scale reading etc.
I had the S4 for a year & hated having to analyze, set grids & all that technical crap when all I wanted to do was mix. I should've just kept kept my cdj100s & djm300. It's actually 100% biggest gear change regret in a decade of buying gear. I found digital took all the fun out of dj'ing, now I use Abletone but am eyeing off the Pioneer XDJ R1 or something similar.
