from what i have listened, i would say that at the best, you find artists that are at OK level, "so the speak", they might be featured on some V/A´s, but nothing that stands out as music or concept, even less in terms of mixing quality... never eard superb mixes from people of this forum, i think most of users of this forum have lack of quality in terms of composing, their mix is rough because they dont have ear training or decent rooms to make it balanced enough...
but the worse is the fact, that besides bassline combo´s, i dont see much people working on the content inside of the track, i think most of tracks are poor because people dont think psytrance as music, most of them just try to make foking kick/bass combo and then its a matter of fill the track with rhythms and fx, and when there is no connection, there is no partciular meaning or implicit message on a track, then... its poor
its when a person will ear the track and will not feel atracted to it, because it doesnt stands out...
thats why i wonder, why so much people want to release stuff, if they cant do it right...
just because the orhers do the same shit? does it worth it? i mean, its like everyone its prettending to be an "excentric" artist this days and anything worths the release....
that causes the situation that in 100 tracks you ear, its more foking dificult to find a good one, and not that i am against anyone to try to be an artist or having the same chance of becoming a electronic music star... but there is so much greedyness and selfishness on poeple this days, that they dont even realize where they are in terms of artistical level...
they just want to release music to fill their ego and try to make the better living they can, but people behave completly under hipocrit state, and even if they notice about artists who are actualy better than them, they dont recomend them to labels or party promoters just because they fear them to take their lightspot...
iits a selfish world, and trust me, i am not being more than honest here, i dont have any reason to mess up this label request or anything against this person, i am just sick of all this

ricciardo come down from the top of your motherfucking egocentric mountain. u know there are ppl like demoniac insomniac, overdream, megalopsy, psylocibian and so on... do u think they are just "ok" artists??? are u a better producer than them?? are u the holy sound master? the great advisor of sound creation and distribution??? please stop it really this discussion is becoming soooo fucking long and boring, i already told ya the guy from pureuphoria asked me a tune privately some time ago, u are judging without even knowing something about the label owner or the label itself. so make urself a cup of coffee open your daw, create killer music but shut the fuck up. |

your message made me think you might be the selfish one writing all that stuff to unleash your ego... well let me make a point, there´s surely some truth in your opinion, anyways, it´s exactly that and you cant blame others for having a different one ...
and i cant understand why you get personally offending to many ppl here, not even offering a soundcloud or link to your work or anything to the better. you just nag around , lickinya own backyard offending many great artists here that raised all this stuff and share their knowledge to give everyone interested something to start with, and its much more than only that.
well, times evolve and sure back in those days there´ve been lot more well known respected and well educated, talented artists around here. but who deserves to get this respect for his/her work? only those bluenames? or artists fullfilling your perception of beeing an artist?
if you mow your lawn and i come over each time you pass my corner just to knock all the mown grass over again "cause i actually dont like the way you did it", would you be fine with that?
and at least to me, even if i do not call myself like said before, can tell you why many of us are gone.... one of many reasons are ppl like you, disrespecting and offending here without consense. if it´s that hard to take, pls just do yourself a favour and go somewhere your professional mastermind is needed and listen to different music  i mean thats my conclusion... you stroke yourself puttin others down just to feel good. otherwise you´d clearly know why things went like that and how it will evolve... and it would be just ok for you in every kind without any need to mention.
only the silent mind is a clear mind. i can see no reason you wrote that except doin this to "fill your ego".... so where´s the difference between you and all those ego artists? you come over here leaving this message which is completely meant to you and not anyone else. just wish you will recognize one day that this what you perceive is just a mirror of YOU and YOUR reality a really important message to yourself!
take this from my heart, not judging at all, just leaving you blessing wish hopefully opening your heart and mind ! it´s not always easy to not harm others, but you can keep an eye on yourself, be true and kind to yourself and the "others" issue will leave. there´s nothing to judge at all cause there´s no truth, no perfection.

i dont even know why he bothers coming on this forum, with such little respect for the people who post music, questions and answers, ideas and tips. it looks like none of us are good enough for ricardo, and it also sounds like he is not enjoying life or music production either. |
