hi there ...

well since i decided i wont quit, i will go on no matter how many times i dont get sound or my pc hangs....

i m leaving all that behind and going just forward..... music is my policy now.

but let me tell you, i downloaded Mad Tracker.....

tracker program....
man its tuffsssssss//////...... to get hang of it....

previously i tried impulse tracker but interface and all and whole thing just freaked my senses out... and i just deleted the whole thing...

this time i aint doing any of that....

well what i m trying to say is that
all u wanna be artist and ppl who have gone thru my stage i admire ur courage not to give up.....

its just one feeling,,,, one feeling to make a good track just for urself keeps me going on and i have another reasons also
yahel - intelligent life...
my second reason.....

well i really apreciate if some one can give me whole tracker thing how to work on it........ as i have no clue as in what is c note or what is major or minor.... so tracker thing is tuff.....for me

ofcourse i do have the mad tracker tutorials....

also can u tell >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> how is mad tracker >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

is it any good.....

trackers?!... euhm, are you some sort of timetraveller from 1996? Well, if so I can tell you the son of Bush senior is president of the US for the second time now and trackers aren't used that much anymore these days Oh, and windows won over DOS.

It's the other way around... trackkers are sample based and with sequencers like fruityloops and cubase you can program softsynths (much better) from scratch.

Watch what you're saying man! Don't you know about the cubase-people? Never heard any tale about them? If they find you here suggesting that you should only use fruityloops, all HELL breaks loose! This could unleash the next episode of the great cubase vs. fruityloops-discussion. This thing could get huge with pages filled with arguments and contra-arguments. Your question will no longer be of any importance in this thread. You're lost man, I give up...save yourselve. And stay away from trackers, trust me on that one.

If you wanna use a tracker I recomend Renoise. It's damn good, it supports vst (of course), and it's very cheap. Download the demo at http://www.renoise.com
And don't pay too much attention to the people who say "cubasee sx3.0.1.3a is teh best!!! it's pro!!!".
Find a program that suits your way of working. If you work best in a tracker, do it!
Some of the best years in my life have been spent in a tracker ...

Good luck!

I think u need to stick to something like FL (recent version) or Orion as a starting point dj atatri...
Trackers a somewhat obsolete thesedays however as phobium said Renoise is very nice...for a tracker
FL will do anything a tracker does plus much much more!
You firstly need to understand the difference between Audio and MIDI and the different ways to work with them, and also how to use plugins (VST,VSTi,DX...)

BTW...what are your computer specs ?
Got a decent soundcard ? ...speakers ??

indeed, nicely said. can't add anything else besides, don't give a damn about what others will tell you to use, at the end of the day: comfort, efficiency and process of creating music that's what counts           www.venomous2.com
