fi di dub enthusiasts...
Wide Road - Soultek's Version Dub &
Brother Culture- Warning/Warning dub

See, they aint killeeeeeer tracks.
But there is something wicked about them. They both present a FRESH and similar style of syncopated bassline, and if you are a dub fan u know how hard it is to come with something new in that area... Actually, VERY tough mission.

Both tracks were released short ago and they come from way distinct artists, Soultek being one of the godfathers of modern techno dub and brother culture being the dub slut of the 00s. Its a bizarre coincidence they have both released such similar basslines at that moment of 2008, but ting is it opens loads of possibilities for dub producers.
Warning track specially is kinda like an evolution of what Roots manuva presented in that Dub come Save me album.
Sounds massive at the soundsystem and provides original buttshaking.

I agree on the Slackbaba - Drink More Tea, what a great track.

I am currently addicted to Orb - Let The Music Set You Free.

And I just can't get enough of Don Peyote - 2012 a Dub Odyssey.

A really old album I still listen to all the time is Dub Syndicate - Stoned Immaculate.

Stoned Immaculate and King of Sounds and Blues are so classic they sound fresh everytime I used them in a set.

Oh, almost forgot my favorite dub/chill track right now.

Eastern Spirit - Lucid Dreaming.
Lucid Dreaming is one of the best tracks to come out this year.

It hasn't left my playlist yet.
