Track recognition at parties.

i can hear tracks at a party, recognize that i know them and own them..... but maybe half the times lately i cant seem to remember the names... almost like the massive sound and the party situation throws me off mental balance.
does this happen to anyone else? am i getting senile? what was i writing about again?

man i am i big party lover to jest all tha felling that goz around and tha crazzy sun on the face...but dude not for juging or any thing a can truly say get tha f*ck out...
take this advice from a good point of veu...
if u fell your mind is going bad jest chill
take a weekend or 2 of tha normal life stay
home or a place u feel good at...
i speak to all...
this my save your mind

dude sometimes I am DJing and someone will come and ask me what track I'm playing, and sometimes I cant remember the name...
how bad is that!
and when I tell them I dont know... they usually think I'm being secretive and give me dirty looks...
sometime they just look at my funny...

I hear a tune at a party,i know how the rythm goes,i also know i own it BUT i cant remember the name hehe.

Happens to me sometimes too! since, to me, music (esp. the bass) sounds quite different on a big party rig as compared to at home.
Also it happen's a lot, if I haven't been listening to my music as much as I normally do or it's a style of music that I listen to but don't play myself. "Never argue with an idiot, they'll bring you down to their level and beat you with experience" |

It also happens to me, as I always tend to analyze what’s being played. And of course alcohol doesn’t really make it easier 
It’s great to come back home after a party, and rediscover a track you’ve heard during the night by the way.

certain tracks which are true master pieces i can identify............but others which ive heard numerous times before and i also know how exactly they are gnna go i cant identify..............its such a desperate situation trying to rack ure brain on the dancefloor to get the name/artist right.......some times i do manage afert a long time ......sometimes i dont.........
lately i have given up scratching my brain...jsut enjoy the music

I can recognise most of the tracks that I hear that I know that I have, but there comes a time where this one track plays and I can't remember the name and it drives me batty! I will sit there after its way gone trying to figure it out.
Only happened to me a few times, so I don't feel so bad!
I maybe know about 20%-30% of the tracks that play at a party, but its nice to be suprised. I'm like: "Hey, that is one wicked track!!! I wonder what it is?""
