-hallucinogen - LSD - cant remeber the time but the last melody, AMZING! 
-juno reactor - god is god (2:25-3:50) - one of the best tracks ever IMO, BTW the video clip is amazing too!
-logic bomb - shadow of the beast - cant rember the time either but the last part! (you know what im talkin about!  )
-cosmosis - danse ta figure - from the start till the end! 
-procs - tropical treasure (4:26-4:52) - WOW!! so trippy!
-gms & 1300 mics - the fourth revelatio (6:48-7:55) - one of the best part in psytrance IMO 
there are many more, all most evey part of shpongle but im too lazy to write them...

talamasca - magnetic fields after the speach sample
dark soho - depth of emotion the guitar part

IMO the most psychedelic moment of them all in any musical creation ever created can be found on Shpongle's Are You Shpongled, track six from 04:40 on..
Also Infected Mushroom's Bust A move after the "Aliens Infected us.." sample ends and the climax starts..
Also Infected Mushroom's Roll Us A Giant, from the "Got any magic mushrooms, no but I've got some.." on (man Infected Mushroom used to be so fucking uber brilliant, now I don't even bother getting their latest album  )
Also whole Hallucinogen's LSD
and quite a few others.. but these are just top notch!
Feel free to point out some other psychedelic treats/moments..

Infected Mushroon- Psycho .
was having a party at my place with a few psy-heads & this track was playing , it was building up to the magical moment & then the lady goes" Psssssycho" & all of us just went crazy after that.
