Hello
I've recently made a checklist, which i open and go through after i think the track is finished. I included here only points that i often forget to do. It helps! I think it may be useful for everybody who makes electronic music.
1. Low cut/high cut (Check all tracks for unneeded lows or highs)
2. Loud places (Check all tracks for loud places and maybe apply a compression or automation if they are too loud)
3. Transitions (Carefully check moments where many instruments suddenly appear after a break. Such moments often need some small fade-ins)
4. Kick tuning (sometimes syncing kick pitch to bass gives good results, anyways it's always good to experiment with kick tuning)
5. Drums ADSR and tuning (tune pitch and ADSR's of all your drum samples)
6. Group processing (group the tracks and apply some reverb or other processing on groups to glue them better)
Let's discuss and add another useful points to it

I don't have much time to think and reflect my answer, but one think I always put on my check list is:
reverse kicks!
I just remember a party with two concurrent (national) lives, one was just amazing and the one after him forgot completely about reverse kicks! And it just sounded without power, without that pumping impact right before the beat comes down, as a listener I felt I needed that extra smack.
