I have this compilation and i particularly loved track number 5 which is labelled on the cd as Planet Earth by Audiomatic. I was all set to buy their album, however upon preview listening to it, the Planet Earth song was not track 5 on the Pulse CD, but track 1.
So the question is, does anyone know who has done track number 5 on Pulse Voll 12. CD 1? |

I think there was something about Audiomatics "Planet Earth" being mixed up with Prototyps "Africa (1st Mix)" on that compilation. Wonderful track by Prototyp, you can also find it on their album (which overall is great morning progressive).
The track used some of the same sounds as in the track "Africa" from the Synthetic album.

Yeah, its a brilliant track. Is the album in the same vein? I just looked it up and it was released about 2 years ago, still good for late morning progressive sets? |

Yeah, the album still fresh (for me atleast). Most of it is for the morning, but there's a few darker tracks as well. My favourites are the opening track "X-Man", "Insight" and of course the Africa track".
A good buy, and you should also check out some of their sideprojects, like Sphere and Tarsis.
