No, no...if it reminds of soemthing its definately Datura style. Check some song like "East Line" "El Sueno" or classic "Fade To Grey"

Very similar huh ?

If you check some oldschool eurodance stuff you may find some similarity to early Scooter songs

But best guess is i think "East Line"
