as Tommy said its better to be safe than risk it. i know alot of programs and free softwares like myspace grabber..takes full mp3 from the myspace player, youtube grabber and alot of other things, thing is i prefer to be safe and i think its a great idea by still putting the whole track with these LITTLE blank spaces. its not even 5 seconds..its just 1..so why the Hating if u are just loosing a minuscule part of the whole thing, i dont think that 1 second u missed is be the key or best part of the whole track, ill keep taking my precautions (=

then they say make music free,i dont have an idea how they mean it,about the 1 sec gap, fukin breaks the flow bru,for me atleast,so i say, otherwise its ofcourse ur choice,i respect whatever it is

Even if you release your music for free, you still would like at least the first wave of listeners to get it in the best quality available, with a proper attribution to you as an author and, if possible, from a reputable label. Like, for example, a FLAC download from Ektoplazm, with all the artwork and a litlle summary/introduction - rather than a YouTube clip with 128 kbps audio and an image of a drunken dude who "released" it with no attribution to you. |
