Bring it into your DAW and use markers of whatever kind your DAW has to mark each transition etc. |

How lazy can someone become.
Use ure ears to get the structure, watch it visually as it runs. Use a spectral analyzer to analyze the mix.
There is no shortcuts. Practice and you will get it. Making us analyze it and reproduce it wont take you anywhere.

Use FooBar! It has an awesome Spectogram that gives a nice visual feedback of what's happening on a tune
