word, this is gonna be fun. we have full support of club to go full-force til the late naight. kri and i have recently painted some tapestries i hope we can show them off at this party. weve been getting 200+ for our new years events for the past 4 years so this shouldnt be any different. our djs are preparing mind - boggling sets, and you can expect a full deco experience with devotee taking over the space.., as usual.
cant wait to see everyone... all you lurking isratrancers say hi !

oooh this was funnnn! i feel the need to report...
kri, devotee, and i arrived at 1pm to start the sound setup and decorations.... hanging many of devotee's banners and stretching spandex to give dimension to the room. also some string, styro molecules and crystals for the vibrational alignment.... we put out more deco for this than any other event weve hosted in Tribes club. lots of running up and down ladders, and by 10pm after some pizza and a quick monkey nap... the place was ready to burst with all the anticipation and uv light. jenna helped build a beautiful altar behind the subs for a place to focus energy.
babar came on strong with a ripping set from 10-12, finishing with his newest original track after a ritual, a midnight countdown thingy, and a brief mission statement by our friend justina. i went on next and played about 2 hours and found myself sweating and dancing hard throughout... the place got really humid and people were really losing it on the floor. lots of laughter, friendly reunions, people having fun and screaming hootin and hollerin!! i played some new techy nighttime stretchy goo jams, stomping epic dark rollers and some storming full on all mixed up in a monkey jumble. i was reaching for the best tracks of the year, stringing them together in an upward ramp for everyone to get down to.
we recorded the sets too, they might be up on touch site soon for those who wish to hear...
kri went on next and played a flawless set again consisting of some proggy-edged roller groovies that sent everyone into bliss bounce mode. psyonic showed up super late so he found himself playing the end set, the diehards were still dancing til 5:30 am. thanks go to the staff at tribes for letting us go so late!
overall i think we had 200 people that all seemed to have a blast. some serious sweat, stomping, and smiles throughout! smoking outside makes such a big difference! it was great to see old and new friends alike, everyone vibing deeply and bringing in 2005 with a bang! pictures can be seen here...
