wonderful!

that's the first word that usually pops
into my head while listening to torakka's
debut album on thirteen records. imo he's
one of the best trance producers in finland with a unique epic trance sound. the vibe
is so energetic, positive and psychedelic.
the album reminds me of the "good old days"
of goa trance and somehow also of ozric tentacles music wise. very bum shaking morning music for your soul and body. i've
seen many complain about full on. whell THIS
is the album you've been waiting for. highly
recommended!

a better "track by track" review will hopefully come soon from some diligent
long time member... right, traveller?

the release date will be any given day soon
(there was a slight delay) so keep an hard eye on the thirteen website:

Interesting... Epic is good. Too few making it today - I'd listen to the samples then.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

If you enjoyed "Blue Oxygen", you will definately like this album.
I can't say that I digged it personally, but not because its bad; au contre - it is very diverse, different from what you usualy hear these days and interesting. The melodies are full of sheets of sounds, the themes are as big as mountains (the right description was "EPIC"), and the overall feeling is such as the music is simply too big in scope for any sound system to contain.

I wish Tommi Torakka and Thirteen all the best with this album!

Joo this one is a nice one. I´d say a quality release. Standardious but somehow original international EU-tested trance, maybe sometimes conventional and familiar sounding, but a light, joyful and good sounding cd. Maybe that "epic" is the word for describing how this works for me. It´s nicely constructed, logical and tries to make a point, a story to almost every track but on the other hand some melodies are not my bong of buds. Promocdthanksto13crew. Congrats to mr Cockroach!!!
