ah a top10 I posted about 2 years ago 
I guess you've got some ideas since you post comments like dc or icq??? on some tops.
Anyways if you really have to know, mostly from cds and some from mikseri.net and well, it was too years ago. Snakes & Ladders was only released on 12" at that time and I for one haven't got a vinyl player. I've got it now though on my copy of Robot-O-Chan.

Is it your usual way to tease someone who has NOT the general opinion (uuuuhhhh theres a free-minder uuuuuhhhhhh!) everyone has here instead of give him a chance to discuss about that theme?
Everyone knows that isratrance is a mekka for mp3-traders and the topten-Section (where still everyone is able to post his downloads) is their temple. point!
So closing it is a good idea. IMO.

ps: i know it wouldnt happen lets all enjoy the toptensection it has still pros and not just contras.
we will also see which track has been posted at last their, for example. interesting:
end of the scene top ten...(last KILLERS ever from the last 3 compis)

well hope the mess has been sorted out now...
guys cmon i kinda get totally what traveller is trying to say if u notice it there are a WHOLE lot of unreleased tracks posted there.....
hmm ever wonder where the people get those unreleased tracks .....??? 
and do know about a lot of people who use the top 10 as the ultimate tracks which surely have to be added into the collection...
i really liked one of travellers suggestion which is to only allows artists and record labels to put up the top 10 according to them which proves to be a really interesting reading....

Since the forum guidelines specific say that trading and talk about trading is not allowed then I have a very hard time understand why is now have taken more than a year to change the Top 10 section?
Debates about trading get's closed after 18-19 pages (when it should have been closed imediately). But the Top 10 section is allowed to be the singlehanded biggest info-forum about new and unreleased music downloaded from the net.
Isen't it time that the Top 10 section get the moderation the Forum rules so clearly state? Or even better.. Just close it down and stop all the ego boosting there  |

I mean i got ten tracks in my top ten all unreleased.How do you know where do they come from?

I dont know where your tracks come from DETOX only you know but I can asure you that many people posting their top's there do not get their music legally. When I a long long time ago posted my 100% legal tops I had my inbox flooded with people asking where to download the music. People that I later saw posting their top's with quite a few unreleased tracks. An dthose people are not artists, label people or DJ's so I seriously doubt they get if legal.
The point is still that the Top 10 section hasen't been changed at all even though the Israteam a very long time ago said it would be changed and even though I am sure many artists and labels find the Top 10 section quite disrespecting |

We are discussing to change it. But it's difficult.
Many Artists use the top 10 to get feedback and comments from other artists about their own tracks.
Many Label people use Top 10 to promote their own tracks.
DJs and Artists use the Top 10 to show what they're playing latelly and to get feedback about it.
I would like to see a change in it, but IMO it's difficult to change it. And if we change it, it will not reduce the amount of downloaded tracks on net.
Traders have resources of their own...

Well they can do that in private via MSN and similar. And frankly most comments in that section goes something like this: "killarrr track dude". Not really constructive critisism
And I hardly see anyone critisise the tracks even though I am sure nto all tracks promoted there are all killarr

Thats' cool but do they really need to flash their latest unreleased tracks? Is it really nessesary? I am sure they get plenty of feedback after their gigs and by various people in general

I still think the whole Top 10 section is one big trading Forum and indeed a place where people can look cool and boost their ego's and show how "good" DJ's, artists, label people they are. But of course that's just my opinion.
last,
No you wont reduce any downloading going on at the internet but you would live up to your own guidelines that clearly state that NO trading is allowed at Isratrance.
