top10 section is a disgrace

pretty much no1 gives a shit about the guidelines and it really is just a place where shit loads of people show off with their latest mp3s..
and all the new comers just post crap in order to get the right to post there..
and really once they've done that all they do is post top10s..
now why not simply delete the whole section?
or atleast make it so that
a) atfirst absolutely no1 has a right to post there
b) then start giving out rights to labels and label djs and artists
c) and perhaps some others who really deserve it and aren't in it for the show off part..
just a suggestion
..a side note..
make it harder for the mp3 mafia.. i bet the top10 section plays a huge part in the spread of new unrlsd killer mp3s..  "The dinosaurs became extinct because they didn't have a space program."

Delete all top 10 that aren't showing all artists and labels correct information, I think is enough, maybe is good also the obligation for the newcomers to explain what kind of dj they are....

an make it mandatory for all the top10 users to give their isp email adress so they can be tracked down really easily if some labels/artists feel that their material is spread illegaly

hehe, come to think of it. I have never even been to the top 10 section.. hehe. Maybe i should take a look? And yhea, traveller. I can imagine that a top 10 section would have these problems. Thats proberly why i never botherd to take a looksi. But i think a section where only artists and labels can post threads is a good idè. Kinda like the moderator section. Off limits for "regular" people.  But we may watch, and perhaps only reply as long as the guidelines are followed? what do you think? i dont know .. *POFF*

Do not enter it . It is a joke for couple of years but no way to solve ,atleast i don't see . For two years i do not enter it , nothing intresting in there . Releases i like i know but i don't care who ? like what ? or who ? trade when ? |

sure when i first registered to isratrance i wanted to post my top 10... but those were only from my cd collection... but then after i posted it ... i saw its useless!
guess it is contribeuting to the mp3 mafia...

imo this section should be shut down forever
not only it's a disgrace to the scene but also a disgrace to the forum, once many users are only here for it and it's retarded competition!
i see in my country a shit load of stupid djs who are fed by this forum and it's derivatives... i mean, the whole illusion that revolves around the top10 section and everyone who somehow rectifies their ego in it. "oh, i gotta have that track to be a good dj..." Bunch of wankers... where does (let's say) Dimitri Nakov gets that music he plays??? God's sake people dont understand...
surrender, i'm sorry mate but these so called changes are also illusional, not to say that it's been ages that the team is saying that kind of stuff... i'm sorry for surrendering to constructivism here... please enlight me if i'm wrong, i really hope they would fix that problema and it was like a year agor... closing it would ease the overwork on our programmers, too. not to count the fact that no moderator can handle it and it's guidelines (As stated before), although i'm positive everyone tries to do their best... it's just unreliable!
after meeting some of our users (some of them very very old in this forum) and people from the team I can also say that the top10 section is absolutely misplaced. NO DOUBT closing it would help the scene and the forum...
i hardly ever complain around here and it's been a long time since i last wrote anything on that matter, aside from the fact that it's late and i'm pissed because of the shitty weather outside, i say enough with that crap...
SUMMARY: THE JUICE IS NOT WORTH THE SQUEEZE!

and haven't seen the charts everybodys complaining about but who cares. bet they're

each other. when i was 18 or something i wasn't very smart either (...and still ain't) . let them fool around with the charts as you do with your bedroom posing
pictures.... those are a real disgrace

The top ten section is just fine and is making a great progress after its early days when everybody was fighting with each other.
I mean before a year i had to delete something like ten posts a day and now i might delete just one post a day and this because of multiple posting LOL
Dont exaggerate things guys.
