Not sure if I can come up with 10...

1) Def Leppard - Pour Some Sugar on Me
(Yes, I know you claim it’s not heavy metal)

2) Metallica - Disposable Heroes
(I am not a big fan of Metallica, but this song, along with Sanitarium, is one of my favorites)

3) Megadeth Set the World Afire
(It’s not like this is one of my top favorites – it just sounds like music that often plays in my head, don’t know why)

4) Bon Jovi - You Give Love a Bad Name
(Yeah, yeah, I know – supposedly not heavy metal)

5) Accept - T.V. War

6) Megadeth - Mary Jane
(This one I actually like. And it sounds like some of my “internal” stuff too)

Good luck with that interview.

BTW, among your choices my vote definitely goes to Immortal. I listened to a couple more of their songs on YouTube today – that’s more my style. I guess I was right, it is called Black Metal. Hey, don’t forget to check out Bill Peters.

Anyway, here is some Russian stuff for you.
Both songs are dedicated to Nestor Makhno - an Ukrainian separatist and an anarchist hero of the Russian civil war. He was known as “Bat’ka” – Father. I don’t want to get in trouble with the moderators for telling you more about him, especially since my story will probably be colored by my own political views. Whether one supports what he did or not – everybody I know acknowledges he was one of the extraordinary figures of the last century. Look him up some day.

EST – 10 Merry Years:

EST – Bat’ka, Have Mercy for the Horses:
