For a long while it was Phreaky - Tornado. Now I don't know... there are too many.
BTW, you might have mixed up the artist/track combo there; I am guessing the song you mean is by Cameleon, a side project of one guy from Bamboo Forest with Ninja.

its hard to chose just one cos there have been some amazing tracks in the past 10 years. but i must say that i really like Juice by GMS a lot.
