"Tokyo Techno Tribes" Documentary information?

I heard there is a documentary by this name, made by Ray Castle. It suposedly has footage and scenes from the 90's psychedelic underground in Japan.
Has any one seen this film? Any information about where I could buy it?
a Google search turns up only one press-release or so.

How do you value such a documentary? Because here in belgium everybody wants to keep the media as far away from parties as possible... but at the same time it's a lovely way to look back on the beginning of a subculture, or whatever grows from the scene they create a picture of. I've had more than one camera crew asking me for permission but so far never worked with one. would there be much harm in it?
