Captains log 5072009,
This week we take out deranged spaceship to a weird species – a blend of IDM, Glich, Industrial and some Trance, the creature is called Tokee but he also carries an earthling name - Ànatoly Grinberg.
Tokee started composing music in the early 00’s and released his first works in 2004 on US based experimental netlabel BedroomBrain Records under alias ARG. his latest efforts combine tight mechanical-sounding IDM and industrial beats, cinematic-like ambient themes, psychotic trance shockwaves, evolving into incredible melodic soundscapes both aggressive and melancholic. Not to be relied on labels he opened his own – Dope records.
